Why should you stage your home for sale? Statistics show that a "well-dressed" home sells for more money in a shorter time than an empty space. Staged homes sold for 5-23% over list price, according to a survey by RESA.  According to the National Association of Realtors, living rooms were the most important room for staging at 46%, and primary bedrooms were 43%. 81% of buyer's agents said that staging made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as their future home.
