“Hello, I am Roxanne Genalo. Thank you for taking the time to find out a little more about me. Although I am proud to be a REALTOR, I am most proud to be Mom to my four amazing children. They truly are my greatest accomplishment.

In 2013, my family and I relocated to Virginia to be closer to my two oldest children, who were attending George Mason University at the time. It was then that I decided to become a REALTOR, helping clients throughout Lake Anna and its surrounding areas. Over the past seven years, I have attained Broker, SRS, MRP, and ABR designations. I am a Certified Moseley Real Estate Instructor, a Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR) member, and a Real Estate Staging Association member. I have spent the last two years in property management, learning all about investment properties. My greatest asset is having more than 25 years of experience in design, home building, and remodeling.

My Interior Design background and love of what I do allow me to visualize a property’s full potential and convey that vision to my clients. My design knowledge is invaluable when I assist clients in staging their residential listings for faster sales and profitability.

Clients really appreciate my hardworking, ethical, and common-sense approach as I help them navigate the complex world of real estate. My strong background allows me to work with clients from “Concept to Completion” on all aspects of a home purchase, whether it is existing or new construction.
